Sub 17:30 would be very good and would be around a 1:42 split. 5:57 indicates that you should have no problem getting around the 21 minute mark. You are certainly capable of much faster than 28:30. 21:00 isn't super aggressive for you. I don't think you need to really focus on anything besides just trying to get out there and run consistently along the lines of every other day.
