Hold on, wifey just found a post where fuse #60 controls antenna booster. I have no fuse or wire to that location BUT I do have a wire to #61 and no fuse. Changing the battery on the R171 is pretty straightforward. All you need to reset are the clock and the windows - by cycling the windows, then holding the switches in the 'up' position for a few seconds. When changing the battery, remove/replace the leads with a quick, definite movement to minimise arcing/sparking which could cause haddock with

Used the key to enter the car (and set off the alarm). Put the key in the ignition, dash lite up like normal, but no starter response at all. Noticed the "Start Error" message. Came back the next day with tools and info from the forum. Popped the hood (alarm again). Pulled the 35 and 37 fuses.
I have researched forums and checked all the items they have suggested. I have now hit a dead end and my alarm keeps going off randomly. There are days where it can go without going off and then out of nowhere it starts again. I have checked the PSE pump, #9 fuse, car battery, Key fob battery, replaced the alarm siren, etc.
